Phone Cards

–––Turn to Colorfast for all your calling card needs. The phone cards we make have thicknesses of
.08, .013, .018, .021or .028 Mil and may have a custom shape or the standard shape ( rectangle of 3.375 X2.125” finished ).
Except for the .08mil cards which is comprised of just the photographic paper core, all of our cards consist of photographic paper with
a front and back poly vinyl chloride laminate. The variable pin numbers may be concealed by scratch off security labels,
doboy or Bar codes. Best of all, we can deliver Very Short runs with same day shipment as well as larger jobs
with reasonable turnaround.

The process
Our production process in producing the front of the card is completely ink free and does not involve color separations.
This unique photo digital process has a color range of 16.8 Million colors and allows us to produce nearly every color variation
imaginable. You may provide us your own artwork or choose from the templates shown here businesscards page with help
from our art department.

The data on the back is produced using single color high resolution print. The colorfast bureau has developed
precise instructions in downloading and transferring pin numbers. This process is verified at two different stages of the course
of production to insure accuracy and quality. Pin numbers may be submitted as excel files(.xls) or text files (.txt) via email.
Upon receipt of the front artwork and the data for the back, our art department will proceed with an electronic proof
before production beings.
