DESCRIPTION:
2 1/8" x 3 3/8", .15 mil. white PVC card. Color printing on either or both sides.

PRICE INCLUDES:
One color imprint on one side excluding items: DC, TC, & HC.

OPTIONS:
Choose from various thicknesses from .15, .20, .30 mil. Variable information such as names & numbers on front or back side. Up to 4/4 spot colors. (Photos not available on PVC.) For metallic stock, call for quote. Standard gratuity chart, calendar and metric conversion charts available as shown. PMS ink colors available call for quote.

CUSTOM DESIGN:
Digital files and/or camera ready art for custom work are accepted at no additional charge, and must be accompanied with order check list. Choose from available fonts on page D. Artwork that does not meet our specifications will be billed at $75.00 (T) per hour for corrections, 1/2 hour minimum. See pages C for additional art specifications. In house art time is $75.00 (T) per hour, 1/2 hour minimum and adds one day to production.

PRODUCTION:
7-9 business days on stock orders, custom add two days. Rush orders, four days from approved art. (Maximum quantity 5000). All orders are shipped UPS ground.

PRINTING:
Thermal printing on front or back for variable information, black only. See page D for available type styles.

PROOFS:
A black and white paper proof will be faxed at o charge. Changes in text that are not the error of Colorfast, will be billed at $75.00 (T) per hour, 1/4 hour minimum. A $10.00 (P) charge will apply for each additional proof. A color sample card proof is available at $50.00 (R).
