CUSTOM DESIGN Digital files for custom work accepted at no additional charge and must be accompanied with a color match print and order check list. Artwork that does not meet our specifications will be billed at $75.00 (T) per hour for corrections, 1/2 hr. minimum. Leave a minimum of 1/8" margin for live images, and a minimum of 1/8" excess for bleeds. See page C for additional art specifications. See layout options above for choice of layout. In house art time is $75.00 (T) per hour, 1/2 hr. minimum and adds one day to production time.

OPTIONS MATERIAL: 8 mil. matte finish is available at $10.00 (R). For 8 mil. high gloss plastic Duraflex business cards, see price chart. TEMP STRIPS: Self adhesive, liquid crystal color change temperature strips. Eleven temp. ranges ranging from 62-82 degrees F, 17-28 degrees C. Strip size is .05" x 3.5". MOOD/STRESS LEVEL PATCHES: Test your mood/stress levels, several color changes. Square 1/2" x 1/2" circle 5/8" in diameter. BACK PRINTING: Thermal printing. Standard is black; for red, green or blue add $15.00 (R). Up to nine lines of copy, see page D for back print typestyles - no exceptions. Proof will be faxed at no charge for approval. Any changes in copy which are not the error of Colorfast will be billed at $75.00 (T) per hour 1/4 hr. minimum. Additional proofs $5.00. LAMINATION: Eleven mil. (total thickness) with square corners. See price chart. PROOFS: A black and white paper proof will be faxed at no charge. Changes in text that need to be made, which are not the error of Colorfast will be billed at $75.00 (T) per hr. 1/4 hr. minimum. A $10.00 (P) charge will apply for each additional proof. A color sample card proof is recommended on custom orders at $20.00 (R). per proof. CHANGES: Any changes of art of orders already in production will be charged $75.00 (T) per hour, 1/2 hr. minimum. COPY CHANGES: For multiple orders with name, address and phone number changes add $15.00 (T) per order after the first. Background photo or images must remain the same. Changes accepted only on a minimum of three orders with a 500 card minimum per order otherwise price as separate orders. (example: 4 orders of 4 different salesmen, 500 cards ea. from same co. - price at 2000 cards total plus $45.00 (T) for name changes). PRODUCTION: Stock shipped within nine days from art approval, custom add two days. Rush orders (up to quantity of 5000 cards) four days from art approval; add 25% (T) of job total.
